You and your counselor are working as partners to solve problems.<p>Ask for a Supervisory Conference. You will meet with the supervisor and your counselor and work cooperatively on a resolution.<p>You can request an Informal Dispute Resolution with an Administrator prior to Mediation/Hearing.<p>You can request Mediation. (Mediation is a voluntary process with a qualified and impartial mediator for both parties to explore options to reach an agreement.)<p>Request an Administrative Hearing (A formal hearing process.)<p>Contact the Client Assistance Program (CAP), which is a protection & advocacy service provided by the RI Disability Law Center, 275 Westminster Street, Suite 401, Providence, RI 02903-3434. Phone: Voice: (401) 831-3150; TTY: (401) 831-5335; FAX: (401) 274-5568; Clients: (800) 733-5332.<p>Informal Dispute Resolution with an Administrator prior to Mediation/Hearing.<p>There was one request for an Informal Dispute Resolution that resolved the complaint, thus request did not move on to Mediation or Hearing in FFY 2016.<p>Mediation Update: There were no pending Mediation requests carried over from the FFY 2015. During the FFY 2016 ORS did receive two new Mediation requests. One was resolved in at the Informal Dispute Resolution and the other was unable to be resolved at Mediation, and moved on to an Administrative Hearing.<p>Administrative Hearing Update: During the FFY 2016 there were two Administrative Due Process Hearing requests received. One request was withdrawn prior to hearing as it was resolved prior to Mediation. The other was resolved by the IHO in favor of the Agency. (Copy attached)<p>VII.
