RSA Annual Reports to Congress

The Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, provides the statutory authority for the RSA programs and activities that assist individuals with disabilities achieve competitive integrated employment and full integration into their communities.  On July 22, 2014, the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) (P.L. 113–128) superseded the Workforce Investment Act of 1998. Title IV of WIOA amended the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.  

The Annual Reports to the President and Congress describe the activities of RSA - the principal agency carrying out Titles I, III, VI, and specified portions of Titles V and VII of the Rehabilitation Act, as amended by WIOA. RSA is responsible for preparing and submitting these reports to the President and Congress under Section 13 of the Rehabilitation Act.
