For Supported Employment (SE) Services for Individuals with the Most Significant Disabilities, the Designated State Agency (DSA) is the entity which administers state plan or supervises its administration. For this grant, the DSA is Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission.

The Designated State Unit (DSU) - which is responsible for VR service delivery, policy formulation and implementation , and allocation and expenditure of funds - is the same as the DSA for this grant award.
