Notes or Explanations

Add any notes or explanations that will assist in clarifying your data.

NCBVI had not accounted for some Vending Machine Income properly a number of years ago that came to light this year. We Adjusted the set aside income with the Vending Machine income and paid it into Vendor's retirement fund this year. That is why Part 1 line 8 does not agree with Part V line 2 b. The balance is now correct and should not require adjustment in future years.
