Section IV line 11, contains $897,939 is listed under state appropriations, This was General Funds/General Purpose funds that were paid to cover the costs of rent on state property. Section VI provides information on 5 sites that were surveyed in FY 14, and the permits were not yet approved. These are postal sites that are requesting background checks and drug tests prior to accepting the permits. These were not completed by the vendors in FY 15, however, are currently in process;
