The Notice of Final Priorities and the Notice Inviting Applications for Capacity Building for Traditionally Underserved Populations (CFDA 84.315C) were published on Thursday, August 14, 2014, and applications will be received until Monday, September 15, 2014, at 4:30 p.m. Washington, DC time. An application package was also published on grants.gov. The purpose of this competition is to establish a Vocational Rehabilitation Training Institute for the Preparation of Personnel in American Indian Vocational Rehabilitation Services Projects.
