<p>Summary of Presentations: Agency staff made eight (8) presentations (some using PowerPoint) to PAIR-related consumers, family members, and service providers this year. Estimated attendance was three hundred forty-five (345).</p><p><p><br /><p>Presentations described the agency and its program services, legal rights issues for consumers, and self-advocacy techniques. Some presentations focused on areas of collaboration between Mo P&amp;A and the organization in the audience. Issues/problems frequently encountered in our work were described and discussed with the audience.</p><p>

<p>Mo P&amp;A&rsquo;s website had 34,234 unique visitors, 57,576 visits, and 216,185 page hits in fiscal year 2016.</p><p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><p style=margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt"><br /><p>Mo P&amp;A distributed approximately 16,000 agency brochures which includes information regarding the PAIR program, approximately 500 PAIR brochures, and approximately 150 pieces of PAIR-related material regarding legal rights, housing, service animals, senior citizen helpline, school violence, agencies, special education, et cetera.</p><p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><p style="margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt"><br /><p>Three agencies (Mo P&amp;A, Missouri Planning Council for Developmental Disabilities, and University of Missouri - Kansas City - Institute for Human Development) utilize a collaborative exhibit combining display boards to outreach at a significant number of conferences and disability-related information events. When the agency participates in conferences through exhibits, PAIR program materials are included. During FY 2016, Mo P&amp;A&rsquo;s exhibit board was displayed at twenty (20) events attended by an estimated 6,810 individuals. The disability-related events included: twelve (12) conferences, three (3) institutes/trainings, one (1) resource/transition fair, one (1) summit on transition &amp; employment, and three (3) regional TBI seminars.</p><p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>"

At a minimum, you must include all of the information requested. You may include any other information, not otherwise collected on this reporting form that would be helpful in describing the extent of PAIR activities during the prior fiscal year. Please limit the narrative portion of this report, including attachments, to 20 pages or less.

The narrative should contain the following information. The instructions for this form outline the information that should be contained in each section.
  1. Sources of funds received and expended
  2. Budget for the fiscal year covered by this report
    Outline the budget for the fiscal year covered by the report (prior fiscal year), as well as a projection for the current fiscal year.  Be sure to include a breakdown of dollars expended/allotted for:  administrative costs (i.e., personnel salaries, equipment, etc.); services to individuals; and other expenses (i.e., staff training, travel, etc.)
  3. Description of PAIR staff (duties and person-years)
  4. Involvement with advisory boards (if any)
  5. Grievances filed under the grievance procedure
  6. Coordination with the Client Assistance Program (CAP) and the State long-term care program, if these programs are not part of the P&A agency
