Applications
CAPs are no longer required to submit an application on an annual basis. However, in the event the program is redesignated, the CAP must submit the CAP Program Assurances.
Required Forms
CAPs must submit a signed "Certification Regarding Lobbying" each year (OMB Form ED 80-013) to comply with the certification requirements under 34 CFR Part 82, "New Restrictions on Lobbying."
CAPs also submit the CAP Annual Performance Report (RSA-227) (OMB Control #: 1820-0528) after the close each Federal fiscal year.
